Terms of Trading
A £500 deposit (five hundred pounds) will secure your kitchen at the quoted price and enable us to include you in our manufacturing schedule for installation at the agreed date.
The quoted price is valid for 30 days. Upon receipt of the initial payment of £500 we will hold the price for up to nine months to enable you to complete building works.
Upon receipt of the initial payment we will discuss and agree the final details and assist you with your choice of finishes etc. Prior to manufacture or six weeks prior to the initially agreed installation date, you may terminate the contract on the understanding that the initial payment is not refundable.
We will submit final details and as far as possible a final breakdown of costs for your approval. Once agreed, the contract cannot be terminated and the full balance will be due for payment.
Variations to the design after manufacture has commenced will be charged for.
Appliances and equipment will be invoiced at the price ruling at the time of installation. We will be pleased to purchase any equipment for you and store it until required but will require payment for the items at the time of purchase.
Upon delivery or the agreed delivery date of your kitchen we will require an interim payment of 50% of the approved final breakdown of costs with the remaining balance due on the final day of installation.
Any additions or variations to the contract and/or subcontractors costs, which cannot be confirmed in advance, will be invoiced separately for payment within seven days.
Additional work carried out on a day work basis will be charged at £30 plus vat per hour. Materials will be charged at cost plus 15%
When we co-ordinate other trades for you we charge a 15% attendance fee to cover administrative costs which will be added to the invoice.
It is a condition of the contract that our staff and sub contractors do not carry out additional work for you without our expressed agreement.
Interest will be charged on unpaid accounts at 1.5% per month.
All goods remain the property of Robson Ward until payment has been received in full.
