Frequently Asked Questions
How long from initial consultation to draft plans being presented ?
Normally within two weeks.
How long from placing order to installation date?
We usually need a minimum of 8 weeks. It’s obviously better to give as much notice as possible so we can ensure we can meet your delivery schedules.
How long does it take to install?
Installation will depend on size but will normally take two to three weeks.
What safeguards do we have regarding our deposits?
We only ask of a nominal £500.00 to start. This is not refundable and goes towards the design costs should you decide to cancel.
We don’t ask for any more money until we arrive with the actual units. At this point we ask for a further 50% to go towards the manufacturing costs.
The final 50% is then due on completion so you can rest assured that your money will be safe.

The total cost for a medium sized kitchen including the units, worktops, appliances, basic installation and vat is likely to fall between £20,000 and £35,000.
Larger kitchens may cost more but a larger room does not necessarily mean the kitchen will cost more, as part of the space will normally be used for dining and living space.
