Having talked through many ideas with the couple, the initial brief for their new kitchen was one that complemented the style of their stunning home, but also one that had impact.
The kitchen area was quite large and therefore needed an island to create a practical working space. Venetian Gold Granite with Ogee edging was chosen for the island unit to maintain the light and airy feel of this living space. The customer chose a stunning colour scheme from the Farrow and Ball Paint range, using different hints of colour to cleverly highlight different areas of the kitchen.
The kitchen detailing was made up of a number of key features, such as fluted panels, exquisite corbels and dentil moulding to the cornice, all of which complemented it’s surroundings. The 3 oven Aga was chosen in a Cream finish, with a module. This allows them the flexibility to turn the main ovens off in the summer months. |
