This natural oak kitchen was recently installed in a substantial Victorian property typical of the style in Redland, Bristol. It exudes an air of understated quality.
Hand drawn plans were completed after having discussed ideas and needs with the client.

The kitchen units were made with solid oak 30mm
frames and doors, birch interiors with brass adjustable
shelf tracks and self close drawers, the best available.

Although our clients had a separate formal dining room they were keen to incorporate a breakfast area. We achieved this by extending the worktop into a curved bar.

A large boiler had been built into the fireplace and it was not an option to move this. We overcame this problem by making a dresser style unit to cover the whole chimney - providing ventilation through a lattice door making an attractive but functional use of the space.

The stainless steel appliances and handles truly complement the simple traditional lines, to give the kitchen an up to date feel without compromising the classic style of the property.

The kashmir white granite and light limestone style flooring added the finishing touch to give the kitchen a light and airy feel.
